CANCELATION POLICY

You may cancel your service at any time for any reason by giving us a thirty-day notice.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to help@ysimpl.com.
Requests must be sent from the email you are using to log in to your Ysimpl account.

Your email is the only way we have to verify that you are the owner of the account.
All requests sent from an email address that is different will not be processed.No cancellation requests will be accepted over the phone or through any other method.
All requests received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next day.
